Manni Sipre offers:

• IPE steel beams from 80 to 750 mm in height

• HEA steel beams from 100 to 1,000 mm in height

• HEB steel beams from 100 to 1,000 mm in height

• HEM steel beams from 100 to 1,000 mm in height

• UPN profiles from 80 to 400 mm in height

• lightweight beams in HEAA steel from 120 to 1,000 mm

• lightweight beams in IPEAA steel from 120 to 1,000 mm

• These rolled beams differ from the standard ones in to two fundamental aspects:

• compared to the HEA and the IPE of the same nominal designation, the HEAA and IPEAA lightened beams are thinner

• the Wx / Weight ratio is better than with standard beams

• The combination of these two aspects generates the following advantages:

• Cost savings: although the cost in euro/ton is greater, very often the total outlay is lower by virtue of the value of the weight saved

• Speed of transport

• Greater savings in transport costs

• Lower cost of hot galvanizing

• Higher quality of product (lightened beams are produced only from first-class steelworks)

• The HEAA and IPEAA lightened beams are available off-the-shelf in the following lengths:

  • standard commercial

  • tailored according to customer specifications

• To the rolling beam, Manni Sipre adds the welded beam made using submerged arc welding. All processes are qualified by the Italian Institute of Welding.

• The sections can be made with tapered wings (on one or both sides), web and wings of varying thicknesses, protruding web and wings, and with the control of welded joints.

• In addition to the standard controls, others can be carried out upon request by the customer.

• All operators are qualified and licensed, all materials used are certified, and the compound sections can be made in different qualities of steel.

• The sheets are available according to the following sizes:

  • standard commercial

  • tailored according to customer specifications

  • to a great thickness (up to 600 mm)

  • special sizes rolled to specific customer specifications
